Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy.

 

The company will accommodate any change requests made by the Buyer. However, order once placed and a confirmation of delivery  sent to the Buyer by SMS (when the delivery van depart from the warehouse) cannot be cancelled.

 However cancellation can be effected before the goods are sent from the warehouse delivery.

 

Refund/ Replacement is effected due to complaint of less weight or inferior quality of  product. However, this should be notified instantaneously, on receiving the products

If the Buyer or any family member is not present at the address given by the Buyer at the time of delivery, the Delivery Staff will return without delivery, and the Buyer will be notified by SMS/telephone. The products will be delivered the next time as per the notification by the Buyer. However Rs.55 will be charged as delivery charges.

 

In the case of natural products like fruits and vegetables, the weight can vary plus or minus depending on the exact weight of the fruit and vegetable.

 

The Company is committed to supply good quality products within given time frame. In case, the buyer feels that the quality of any product is inferior, the company may be notified immediately, and the company will initiate appropriate remedial measures.

 

If the Buyer finds that she has received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, she can refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. The Company will personally ensure that a new replacement is made with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when the buyer sends back the product.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
